Back to the Future 2019

Since 2019, Lorenzo Giusti has been the coordinator of the Back to the Future section of Artissima Fair in Turin, dedicated to the rediscovery of prominent figures, forerunners of new artistic languages. Back to the Future  presents monographic projects by great pioneers of contemporary art of the last century, who are still active today. The section hosts artworks realised starting from 1960 in dialogue with recent artworks, and it aims to bring international artists who have played a fundamental role in contemporary art back into the limelight. The 2019 edition has been coordinated by Lorenzo Giusti and co-curated with Cristiano Raimondi and Nicolas Trembley.
